Position 職位: 
Aqua Business Development Manager 水產飼料事業發展經理
 
職位設置目標  Position Purpose
Based on the company strategy, build and develop the high performing team, and make the strategy plan for the region, to win the loyalty of the customers and complete the target of profit and keep the sustainable growth in the region. 
在公司的業務發展策略指導下, 建立和發展高績效團隊，制定并實施區域銷售策略，贏得客戶的忠誠，進而完成銷售目標，實現利潤和市場占有率的增長，并為事業的持續發展培養和發展他人
 
主要工作職責Principle Accountabilities
1．  Develop high engaged team to make sustainable growth for team members and Cargill 培養和發展高度敬業的團隊,并達到員工持續發展。
2．  Make the sales strategy and execute completely aligned to company. 根據公司內外環境制定區域銷售策略并確保有效執行
 
對知識和技能的要求Knowledge and Skill requirements

2.           Long-term view and be conceptual 有很好的全局觀和理性思維
3.       Social skillful to dealing with problems, especially about people relationship management.
良好的解決問題能力，尤其是良好的人際關系能力.
4.           Align the region goal to company goal including safety, employee engagement and sustainable growth. 將本事業區域目標與公司戰略計劃很好的鏈接起來。
5.           Strong conviction and action to make the goal achived.. 在目標管理上具有強烈的信念并采取行動以引領利潤目標的完成
6.           Lead and develop others with strong leadership.在帶領團隊成員方面能表現出很好的感召力并培養他人 
7.           Good insight and knoledge to the feed industry. And at least 10 working experience in feed industry. 具備動物營養、水產養殖和行業管理專業知識，至少在本行業有過6-8年的工作經驗并具有深刻的客戶洞察力
8.           Bachelor degree or above, basic English skill of writing and reading and good at office software. 本科以上學歷、基本的英文讀寫能力和熟練的電腦軟件應用能力
